“…let us taste and
not waste
the fruits of the songs sung,
carried by the echo-like whispers
rising from the deep well within,
flowing through us from the swirling of dark waters
of wounds and wisdoms gained,
transforming past pains
to prose and poetry.”

A Labour of Love…
Welcome, my name is Frances.
Thank you for being here. This is an online space dedicated to sharing my love of Yoga, travel, and writing. KiMaya Journal was created with the intention to connect with others curious to explore the experiences of life and world travel through a Yogic lens. Through sharing inspirations, insights, and lessons learned along the way - I am grateful to all of the teachers who have encouraged me to explore and experiment while on the path of acknowledging the greatest teacher of all, life!
As a passionate heart-centred multi-modality holistic wellness facilitator, spiritual mentor and retreat host, my life is dedicated to understanding the essence of what it means to integrate the body and mind - believing that it is through the process in itself where we can cultivate the love and courage needed for each of us to acknowledge and step into our peak potential.
It is here that I share my approach to intentional and harmonious living through offering impactful practices, experiences and healing modalities that have shaped, supported and nurtured me whilst on my journey of personal health and Self - development. Having navigated teaching and managerial roles within Meditation / Ayurveda / & Wellness Retreats in India, Sri Lanka, Bali and Australia, I believe in the power of coming together and collaborating in conscious community. We are all on the journey of remembering our true nature, and of learning to listen to our sacred soul calling.
Each individual has their own unique internal processes that corresponds to the essence of their true nature, an inner guidance system that is drawn to the purpose-fuelled mission and life path waiting to be paved.
If this speaks to your spirit in any way, know that the ebbs and flows of this endeavour of ‘remembering’ is infinitely layered yet, is still one worth committing to.
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”
